Patricia embarked on her journey into yoga and mindfulness two decades ago' to address her own health issues. Since then, she has become a passionate advocate for the transformative power of mindfulness and yoga. In addition to teaching gentle yoga, Patricia places great importance on mindfulness. She believes that by cultivating mindful intention, attention, and attitude, individuals can tap into their inner resources and experience profound personal growth. Her teachings extend beyond the physical practice, guiding students to bring mindfulness into their daily lives, fostering self-awareness, and enhancing overall well-being. Her studies and teachings focus on the benefits of mindfulness for mental health.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Boston College and a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. She lives in the Boston area with her husband and 3 children.
